Our Beer

A Farm Brewery Tradition

Our beer tells the story of our farm, our family, and our commitment to craft. When we first started brewing, we worked on a modest barrel-and-a-half system, carefully crafting small batches that reflected the character of our land and the ingredients we grew. That same dedication to quality and tradition continues today.

As our brewery has grown, so has our brewing capacity. We primarily brew on our original barrel-and-a-half system, which allows us to craft small-batch experiments, specialty brews, and our tried-and-true flagship and crowd favorites. For larger seasonal releases and for lagering, we also operate a 5-barrel system, giving us the flexibility to produce a wide variety of styles. As one of the first farm breweries in New York State, we take pride in using at least 60% New York-grown ingredients in every batch, supporting local agriculture and ensuring a true farm-to-glass experience.

Each of our flagship beers carries a name tied to the history of our farm—honoring the land, the animals, and the traditions that shaped us. Just like our family once gathered for 4 o’clock coffee time on Grandma’s porch, our brewery is a place for gathering, sharing stories, and enjoying the fruits of hard work and craftsmanship.

From our earliest batches to the beer we pour today, every pint reflects our deep connection to this land and our passion for brewing. Whether you're sipping a familiar favorite or trying a limited-release creation, you're experiencing a piece of our farm's story in every glass.
